Introduce Eshopbox Wallet
Problem Statement: Eshopbox currently operates on a postpaid billing model, where customers are billed for their shipping/fulfillment services at the end of the billing month. However, this approach can create challenges in managing delayed payments, lengthy onboarding processes & potential customer dissatisfaction. To address these issues, we need to introduce a wallet and recharge feature that enables prepaid shipping functionality on the platform. Proposed Solutions: We can introduce a wallet feature that allows customers to preload funds into their Eshopbox accounts. Customers can add a specific amount of money to their wallets (above minimum recharge value) using various payment methods like credit/debit cards, net banking, or digital payment services. These funds in the prepaid wallet can be used to cover the cost of their shipping services in advance. Benifits Transparent Cost Calculation: Prepaid shipping allows customers to have a clear understanding of the total shipping cost upfront. They can make informed decisions regarding shipping services based on their budget and requirements. This transparency builds trust and loyalty among customers. Faster Shipment Processing: With prepaid shipping, shipments can be processed and dispatched immediately upon user onboarding. There is no need to wait for postpaid billing approvals or verifications More Users: With the Prepaid billing model, Eshopbox will be accessible to more smaller sellers.
