Brand Bosch has suggested where they want the option to assign the priority to the tickets from their end as they feel that brand has a more clear idea as to the priority of the ticket.

Please enhance the pagination setting in Process Orders and Process Returns by allowing users to view up to 500 items per page (instead of the current 100 limit).

Problem Statement: Eshopbox currently operates on a postpaid billing model, where customers are billed for their shipping/fulfillment services at the end of the billing month. However, this approach can create challenges in managing delayed payments, lengthy onboarding processes & potential customer dissatisfaction. To address these issues, we need to introduce a wallet and recharge feature that enables prepaid shipping functionality on the platform. Proposed Solutions: We can introduce a wallet feature that allows customers to preload funds into their Eshopbox accounts. Customers can add a specific amount of money to their wallets (above minimum recharge value) using various payment methods like credit/debit cards, net banking, or digital payment services. These funds in the prepaid wallet can be used to cover the cost of their shipping services in advance. Benifits Transparent Cost Calculation: Prepaid shipping allows customers to have a clear understanding of the total shipping cost upfront. They can make informed decisions regarding shipping services based on their budget and requirements. This transparency builds trust and loyalty among customers. Faster Shipment Processing: With prepaid shipping, shipments can be processed and dispatched immediately upon user onboarding. There is no need to wait for postpaid billing approvals or verifications More Users: With the Prepaid billing model, Eshopbox will be accessible to more smaller sellers. The ticket should be searched out after ticket has been raised with the issue type parameters like Order id, product SKU/ ESIN, Brand, etc. It will be easy for the client to raise and follow-ups and also it will help avoid the ticket delicacy.

We have noticed that support tickets are generally assigned a 48-hour window for resolution. However, given that we consistently provide all necessary technical and other relevant information upfront, we kindly request that all our tickets and queries be addressed within a 24-hour timeframe moving forward. This would greatly help in streamlining our operations and ensuring timely resolutions. When a new member joins Eshopbox, they should have immediate access to both the Eshopbox workspace and client workspaces. Current Workflow: Currently, new users are required to create a new workspace in order to gain access to existing workspaces, following the present RBAC workflow. Proposed Workflow: To enhance this process, we suggest implementing an improved approach. New users should receive an invitation link that grants access to the existing workspace for the new Eshopbox users. However, access using this link should only be granted to non-Eshopbox users if they have received an invitation from the workspace. This ensures a more efficient and secure access system.

To elevate the user experience, it is important that we introduce a search option on the 'Ask for assistance' page. This functionality will promptly display the searched issue categories, enabling users to submit tickets under the appropriate category, thus expediting the resolution process. By streamlining this procedure, we can ensure a swifter and more effortless ticket submission experience.

In this improvement, we need to limit the access of Eshopbox users to Apps section of client workspaces & Eshopbox workspace. Only selected few users can have access to Apps section.

What is this ? Whenever a new workspace is created, by default, a 'Manual' app will be created for the newly created Eshopbox workspace Furthermore, when a user adds a new location (Eshopbox FC or My Location), the 'Manual' app would automatically be associated with that specific location. Why is this required? This is particularly beneficial for scenarios where sellers need to efficiently process orders received from Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms on Eshopbox.
