To strengthen our sales analysis and planning, we’d like to request two enhancements to the Eshop portal dashboard: Master Category–Wise Sales View Currently, the dashboard shows total sales only. Please add a breakdown by our two master categories—Apparel and Footwear—so we can track each line’s performance at a glance. Year‑on‑Year (YoY) Monthly Comparison The existing widget compares the current month to the previous one (e.g., June 2025 vs May 2025). We also need a YoY view—e.g., June 2025 vs June 2024—for quicker trend analysis and target setting.

Need to have visibility of live sku's on different portals against eshop inventory

We need a dashboard to monitor real-time inventory sync between inventory pushed by Eshopbox Workspace and the inventory consumed/visible by various marketplaces. I will explain with an example: If the available inventory for SKU1 is 100 units and we are pushing the same to Myntra from our workspace, then the Myntra inventory report should also reflect 100 units when we download the report from the Myntra Seller Central backend.

Flex exports currently lack a consolidated view of inventory details for perishable food items across multiple batch-enabled brands within an FC. This requires manual data extraction from individual brand workspaces, creating inefficiencies. To streamline inventory management, enhancements will include batch details for all inventory items, a comprehensive breakdown covering various inventory statuses, and visibility into manual batching errors. A unified Flex export will provide a detailed inventory overview across multiple brands, reducing operational complexity and improving efficiency in tracking perishable inventory.

Hi Team, I was exporting a report from the workspace, and a few seconds after the export was created, I noticed the following missing features in the export section: I realized that I may have created the wrong export. It would be useful to have an option to cancel the export request before it’s ready for download, but this option is currently missing from the workspace/flex. According to the current setup, the export is available for 72 hours after it’s ready for download. However, there should be an option to delete the export from the export bucket in workspace/flex, in case the user wants to remove it before the 72-hour period expires. If the export fails for any reason, there should be an option to "Retry" the same export directly from the export session. This would save time and eliminate the need to apply all the filters again to create the same export from scratch. Attaching a prototype for reference. I will be happy for any discussion on this.
