The brand “Trisu Jewels” has raised a request similar to the feature available on Shiprocket and EasyEcom, where they can add notes against each order directly on the portal.
They are requesting the same functionality in their workspace. Their requirement is that whenever their team takes NDR actions, they should be able to add a custom note for that particular order for their internal reference. The note could be related to the address, phone number, or any other relevant detail.
I informed them that any updates made at the order level, such as address or phone number updates, are already reflected in activity and the customer portal.
