Hi Team, The brand Boone Fashion wants their amount of 10,000 to 20,000 should automatically get transferred to the wallet for smooth order processing any fail. This should get fixed.

Several brands are receiving new quarter invoices even though they still have unused credits from previous months. Brands are expecting to first utilize their existing credits and then recharge as per their convenience. They prefer having the flexibility to manage and consume their own credits before being billed for a new cycle. Requesting the product team to evaluate the feasibility of enabling this option so brands can use previous credits prior to being charged for the next quarter.

In the monthly payouts, please map the discounts against the sales & returns.

Ability to Download Ledger for a financial year.

It would be really helpful to view a clear breakdown of returns — specifically DTO (Delivered Then Returned) and RTO (Return to Origin) — within the payment reconciliation tool.

Hi Team, Nykaa has made changes to its payout reports from February, which our system currently does not support. The updates include: Nykaa Pop Up: A new sheet named "Order Summary" has been added, containing consolidated payout data for locations. Additional columns have been introduced in the "Payout Summary" sheet. Nykaa NF: The "Payout Summary" sheet now contains consolidated data. A new sheet named "Brand Wise Summary" has been introduced to provide a brand-wise breakup. Due to these changes, the system is unable to process the payout reports correctly, leading to missing data and potential reconciliation issues. Requirement: As per our discussion with Benetton, we need to automate the daily upload of COD collection and remittance information into our system, without any manual intervention. Current Model: Benetton is not integrated with Eshopbox couriers; it is integrated with its own courier service. At present, the integration is only applicable to Eshopbox shipping.

Marketplace payment report once uploaded to export reconciled report individual report from payment id has to be accessed. Brand team needs bulk export option for multiple period / payment dates as pulling out individual report will take time.

We request an enhancement to the Sales Report Sheet to include detailed order level information. This should cover MRP, discounts, selling price, and a breakdown of charges like shipping, other fees, commission, and final received amount. This addition will offer transparency, accurate analysis, and improved customer relations. For example- If an order's MRP is 1500 and discount is 400 so the selling price is 1100 and also we need to include the price breakup e.g shipping charges, other charges , commision and final amount received.

Overview: Marketplaces sometimes deduct shipping charges from the customer, inflating the invoice value, but absorb these fees without passing them on to the seller. This creates discrepancies during reconciliation, as the invoice value doesn't match the actual payment received by the seller. To resolve this issue, we need to capture and verify marketplace-absorbed shipping fees at both the order creation and payment reconciliation stages. Feature Request: We propose the following enhancements to both the Orders and Payment Reconciliation modules: Capture Absorbed Shipping Fees: Order Creation Module: Automatically fetch and record data on marketplace-absorbed shipping fees at the time of order creation. This will ensure that invoice values reflect the actual charges passed to the customer versus the fees absorbed by the marketplace. Payment Reconciliation Module: Incorporate absorbed shipping fees into the reconciliation process to ensure accurate matching of customer payments with seller settlements. Verification and Reporting: Verification: Implement checks to compare the absorbed shipping fees with customer payments and the final seller payout, ensuring consistency across order creation and reconciliation. Reconciliation Report: Clearly display the marketplace-absorbed shipping fees in reconciliation reports, providing visibility and ensuring data accuracy and transparency. Automation of Data Retrieval: Benefits: Accuracy: Resolve mismatches between the invoice value and seller payouts by capturing marketplace-absorbed shipping fees, ensuring accurate reconciliation. Transparency: Provide a clear breakdown of shipping fees absorbed by the marketplace, improving transparency for sellers. Efficiency: Automate the capture and reconciliation of shipping fees, minimizing manual discrepancies and speeding up the reconciliation process.
