Resolution: In the customer portal settings, under the section “Define your communication channel with customers,” we need to add a new field to allow users to customize the brand name shown in WhatsApp notifications. Details: Field Name: Enter Brand Name Field Description: Your customer will see this brand name in notifications. Default Value: The default value of this field will be pre-populated with the account slug of the workspace. This enhancement will allow users to define a customer-facing brand name, ensuring that all notifications, including WhatsApp, SMS and Email messages, reflect the correct brand identity.
