Currently, Warehouse without specific access permissions can view only historical summary data (e.g., monthly data such as July) but are unable to download detailed, date-wise picked item reports. Either broader access to download date-wise picked item data, or A controlled, permission-safe export option that provides the required detailed data without exposing restricted information.

Currently when Brand enter the B2B Order and upload the file. The file has the Stop Ship Date to which system does an exact date match and pick the qty for that particular Order . Brand (Skin Story) would like to change that to referring to Expiry Date …. This is the Logic as per Skin Story team STOP SHIP DATE : 180 days less than the Expiry Date - This is the date that we dont want to dispatch any product be it B2B or B2C …… These products and Qty’s will be recalled and destroyed by us. Logic in your system should be no qty allocated to orders which are equal or greater than STOP SHIP DATE B2B and D2C Expiry Date : Date when the Product Expires For B2B we have to send products with at least 24 month Expiry So for this - In your system when we upload the product and Qty, system should automatically Look at Current Date and Expiry Date of the product and if the diff between them is 25 Months should allocate the Qty.

B2B Orders of Skin Story are not getting dispatched due to appointment or related issue. These need to be re-inwarded & Brand team has asked to re-inward against B2B order itself & not by creating new consignment. Please check & confirm on feasibility with timelines to implement.

Context: When sending inventory from an Eshopbox Fulfillment Center (FC) to an Amazon FBA location, Amazon mandates that a specific barcode label be applied to each product. This label must contain the Amazon ASIN and the product title. 🛠️ Current Workflow (B2B Order Creation): While creating a B2B order, Eshopbox currently collects: SKU, Quantity, Batch details (if applicable) 🎯 Proposed Workflow Enhancement: ✅ Step 1: Barcode Input During B2B Order Creation Extend the B2B order creation form to also accept barcode value for each SKU line item. This barcode value should represent the exact content to be printed (e.g. ASIN). ✅ Step 2: Barcode Generation During Packing At the time of packing: When the packer scans the item (SKU), The barcode label should then be automatically printed on the spot. The packer should paste the barcode label on the corresponding product before packing. Note: In case the barcode is not available or provide by the seller at the time of B2B order creation, the barcode label printing is not applicable.

We have identified that old B2B orders for the brands are currently not appearing in the "All B2B Orders" section on the workspace. These orders were previously visible but seem to have been excluded from the current view or data set. This absence is impacting our ability to access and review historical order data for the brand. The visibility of these old B2B orders is crucial for various operational processes such as order tracking, financial reconciliation, and audit compliance. We request that the issue be investigated and the necessary changes be made to ensure that all past B2B orders are properly reflected in the workspace under the appropriate section. This will help maintain data continuity and ensure smooth internal workflows.

This feature will allow users to place B2B orders by utilizing batching attributes, ensuring better control over inventory. User will be able to create orders basis the following batching attributes: Expiry Date: The last date an item can be sold or used, ensuring products shipped are within their valid shelf life. Manufacturing Date: The date on which the product was manufactured, helping track product age and quality control. Stop Ship Date: The cut-off date after which products should no longer be shipped, ensuring compliance with safety or quality standards. Shelf Life: The time period a product remains usable or saleable from the manufacturing date. Batch Code: A unique code to identify product batches for traceability and quality assurance. This feature ensures that the right products, in the best condition, are selected for each order, improving supply chain, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries for B2B clients.

Feature Request: B2B Shipping Scope: Location Selection: Users can specify both the pickup and drop-off locations for their shipments. Box Count and Weight: Input the number of boxes along with their respective weights for accurate shipment processing. Box Label Generation: Automatic label generation for each box, ensuring proper identification throughout the shipping process. Appointment-Based Delivery: Option to schedule deliveries based on the recipient's availability or agreed appointment times. Shipment Mode: Choose between surface or air transport based on delivery requirements. Bulk Shipment Creation: Create multiple shipments in one action, streamlining the process for high-volume shipping. Pickup Scheduling: Users can schedule pickups at convenient times, including options to: Reschedule previously scheduled pickups and cancel shipments before dispatch With this feature in place, users will be able to create and track shipments for their B2B orders using Eshopbox without any hassle.

This program allows brand to send their inventory to our nearby fulfillment Centre, which then redistributes the products to various Eshopbox fulfillment centers (FCs) based on demand and inventory needs. Key benefits: Efficient Appointments: Brand only need to schedule one appointment at the nearest FC, which eliminates the need for multiple appointments across different FCs. Flexibility: Brand can send their inventory to any FC if the nearest one has space limitations, and inventory is available for customers to order even while it is being moved between FCs. Simplified Shipping: Brand can consolidate their shipments to a single FC rather than sending multiple shipments to different FCs. This reduces transportation costs and simplifies logistics

Need bulk order creation option in B2B, like while creating B2B orders for TCNS we have to manually create orders one by one which takes a lot of bandwidth. I need an option wherein we can be able to create multiple order's at once.
