Enhancement Request: Time to Delivery Report with Product Title/Name

Brand: Kaban Bags
Requirement
Kaban Bags requires the exact Time to Delivery report with one additional field: Product Title/Product Name.
The brand needs to download a single report containing the following details:
Order ID
Shipment Date
Invoice Amount / Collectable Amount
Payment Mode
Country
State
Tracking Status / Current Status (In Transit, Delivered, RTO In Transit, etc.)
Product Title / Product Name
Time to Delivery
The brand has also shared Screenshot No. 221 as a reference for the type of report required.
Current Issue
The brand is currently trying to download the Time to Delivery report, but the downloaded report is either empty or does not contain the required data. Additionally, the current report does not provide the Product Title/Product Name field.
Expected Requirement
The brand should be able to download a Time to Delivery report containing all the above-mentioned fields, including Product Title/Product Name, in a single report.
If adding the Product Title/Product Name field to the existing Time to Delivery report is not feasible, please check whether there is any alternative report or customization option through which all the required details can be downloaded in a single report.

Why the downloaded Time to Delivery report is currently showing no data.
If the above enhancement is not feasible, whether an alternative report or customization can provide all the required fields in a single downloadable report.

Why has this ticket been marked as Closed when I have still not received the report I requested or proper guidance on how to download it?
It has already been more than 10 days, and I still have not received a clear or conclusive answer from your side.
I have already mentioned the exact report requirements. I only need a report containing the following fields:
Order ID
Shipment Date
Invoice Amount / Collectable Amount
Payment Mode
Country
State
Tracking Status / Current Status(In Transit, Delivered, RTO In Transit, etc.)
Product Title / Product Name
Time to Delivery
Please either provide the exact report containing all the above fields or clearly guide me step-by-step on which report I need to download and how I can download it with these fields.
Please reopen this ticket and do not close it until I receive a proper resolution. I need a clear and conclusive response on this matter, I want you to provide me this before 25th of September. I'm not even able to download a complete file even if I'm able to do, it shows empty file. I feel Eshopbox is more complicated compare to other, thing which are unnecessary are also included in it, the software should be and must be more user/Client friendly.
