Hi Team, We have received multiple unfulfillable cases due to inventory mismatch. Upon investigation - we found that the inventory updates which getting failed are adding old inventory update to the queue where they can re-try the same update. the reason of getting unfulfillable is when multiple inventory updates fails it adds up into the queue. which gets old by the time it gets re-tried. Therefore, the order gets placed against old inventory update which is not accurate. To prevent this, we found out a way to send latest update to the channel unlike adding failed inventory in the queue. We should send flex inventory to workspace in real time basis and workspace will send the same to the channel. Whenever, the inventory update gets failed. I have attached few screenshots - where you can clearly see the inventory was made zero but again an old inventory update of 2 qty was pushed to channel. Which led to unnecessary unfulfillable. This issue is happening across all channels.

To enhance transparency and streamline refund tracking, we propose making this information visible in both seller and customer. Request: Display refund status on the orders on the workspace, allowing you to quickly verify the refund status. Customer Portal: Reflect refund status for order so customers can track their refund progress independently, reducing support queries. This enhancement will provide clear visibility improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Create rules to to enable doorstep Qc at the time of return pick up and track the doorstep QC status at the time of pick up.

The system should ensure that the latest error message is always updated and displayed in the Workspace and Process All Orders tab. If an initial error (e.g., product verification issue) is resolved and a new error occurs (e.g., pincode not serviceable while generating the label), the latest error should be reflected in the interface. When a new member joins Eshopbox, they should have immediate access to both the Eshopbox workspace and client workspaces. Current Workflow: Currently, new users are required to create a new workspace in order to gain access to existing workspaces, following the present RBAC workflow. Proposed Workflow: To enhance this process, we suggest implementing an improved approach. New users should receive an invitation link that grants access to the existing workspace for the new Eshopbox users. However, access using this link should only be granted to non-Eshopbox users if they have received an invitation from the workspace. This ensures a more efficient and secure access system.
