We recommend introducing a feature that allows brands to view the exact QC parameters applied during doorstep QC checks at the time of return pickups. This would provide complete transparency into why certain returns were accepted or rejected by delivery partners.

Hey,
We are in the final phase of skipping the doorstep QC validation for returns having reasons as mentioned in the previous comments.
Starting tomorrow, the doorstep QC will be skipped for the product identifier, such as SKU/EAN/ESIN, product image, product color and product size in case the reason is "received a different item" or "partial item was missing."

Hey,
We have a new feature in the pipeline that will allow you to define rules for doorstep Quality Control (QC) during return pick-ups. This is expected to be live by September 2023.
Meanwhile, we also reviewed various use cases where non-qc pick-up is required after Doorstep QC pick-up failure. We have identified a specific need for this feature, especially in cases where customers receive different items or find partial items missing from their orders. Consequently, the doorstep QC process may fail for the following parameters:
- Product identifier, such as SKU/EAN/ESIN
- Product image
- Product color
- Product size
To address this, we will be excluding the doorstep QC validation for the above parameters if customers select any of the following reasons when creating a return:
- Received a different item.
- Partial item was missing.
The feature is expected to go live by August 4th, 2023.
We value your feedback! If you have any suggestions or observations related to this feature, please don't hesitate to reach out.
