Feature Requests

Requirement: Provide a "Bulk Cancel / Delete" option in the system so clients can cancel multiple orders simultaneously after they are processed but before a courier is assigned. Why it is required: Currently, the system only allows cancelling orders individually. The client has to manually open each order, select "Cancel Order," choose a reason, and confirm. When needing to cancel large batches of 100 to 500 orders at once during peak operations, this manual process becomes extremely time-consuming and impractical. A bulk cancellation feature is needed to significantly streamline operational efficiency.

Client: loopify-world Requirement: Provide a partial text (contains/prefix) search filter for Order ID in the Process tab. Why it is required: During peak seasons, the client uploads thousands of orders across 10–15 corporate clients simultaneously and prefixes each Order ID with the client's name (e.g., AllCargo500_1, AllCargo500_2). Currently, the system only supports exact Order ID matches, making it impossible to search and process orders in bulk by client. A partial text search (e.g., typing "AllCargo") will allow them to filter, select, and assign courier partners to a specific client's entire batch of orders in one go.

Client Name: Loopify (Lanclet Lasrado) Requirement: Map a new "Vendor" column in the standard B2C Bulk Upload CSV template. This column will capture the specific corporate sender's company name. Why it is required: The client handles third-party corporate gifting. Because of this, the ultimate recipients do not recognize the sender's identity unless specified. Without the corporate sender's company name clearly printed on the shipping label, packages risk being treated as spam or rejected upon delivery by recipients.

Brand wants option to schedule reports on shipment level.

The newest stock should be dispatched first. * Marketplace Orders: Must be processed on a FIFO (First In, First Out) basis. The oldest stock should be dispatched first. Practical Example (Provided by Client) If the Mumbai Warehouse holds "100g Paratha Masala" with two different manufacturing/expiry batches: * Batch 1: 10 units from Sept 2025 (Oldest) * Batch 2: 10 units from June 2026 (Newest) Dispatch Action: * If an order comes through Shopify , dispatch from the June 2026 batch (LIFO). * If an order comes through a Marketplace , dispatch from the Sept 2025 batch (FIFO).

Hi Team, Farmley has been raising Credit Note (CN) requests for 0-Attempt RTO orders due to the lack of detailed information available in the current reports. At present, we are required to manually obtain the actual remarks from courier partners or validate each case individually through shipment activity logs. This process is highly time-consuming and operationally inefficient. To streamline the process and reduce manual effort, we request that detailed shipment remarks be included in the Sales Order Export report. This will help us identify genuine exceptions upfront and provide accurate information to the brand. Benefits: Reduce dependency on manual case-by-case validation. Faster resolution of brand escalations. Improved transparency regarding actual RTO reasons. Ensure the brand raises only genuine CN claims instead of sharing all 0-attempt cases for review. Significant reduction in operational effort for both the shipping and account management teams. Hi Team, The brand Boone Fashion wants their amount of 10,000 to 20,000 should automatically get transferred to the wallet for smooth order processing any fail. This should get fixed.

Brand: Hyuman Workspace Workspace: glowup-living-ecomm-ventures Feature Request: The brand has requested a feature that allows them to download a day-wise inventory report for both the current month and previous month(s). This report will help them: Track daily inventory and stock levels. Validate storage invoices (to check peak inventory day) The brand mentioned that this functionality was available in their previous WMS software and has requested a similar feature in the current platform to support their day-to-day inventory management.
