The Problem: Monthly invoices are getting raised for Eshopbox services & shipping fees which are being sent to the brands on email. The brands need these invoices on the workspace so that they can download it & book from the workspace itself. They don't want to refer to email. How we will solve this ? We are introducing a section 'My invoices' on the workspace, In this section- the brand will be able to see all their existing paid/unpaid invoices, make payment for the unpaid invoices, view transaction ledger. This require integrating with ZOHO billing customer portal. How will this benefit ? This will reduce the manual effort to scan through all the emails to get the desired invoices. You will get all the invoices right on the workspace Making payment becomes easier, You just find the unpaid invoices & make the payment for these invoices. You will be able to view all your past transactions i.e. invoices raised & payments made. Release ETA: W2 November

We need to revamp the exiting Eshopbox home screen with sections for To-Do & Analytics. We need to add multiple tabs on the home screen such as- To do, Shipping, Sales, Fulfilment, Returns, Inventory & Payments. As soon as the user logs in on the Eshopbox workspace, they will land on the To-do tab of the home screen & will have the option to navigate to other sections of the workspace We also need to update the setup guide widget for ‘Discover more from Eshopbox’ in the To do tab of the home screen

As our application evolves and user interactions increase, it has become increasingly challenging to track modifications to the app configuration and Eshopbox workspace settings. This lack of visibility poses a potential security risk and hinders our ability to conduct comprehensive audits. We propose the implementation of a comprehensive logging mechanism that records and displays all changes made to the app configuration and Eshopbox workspace settings. This would include, but not be limited to, modifications in permissions, user access, system configurations, and any other settings that impact the functionality and security of the application and workspace.

To ensure a smooth and organized user experience, it is important to map the workspace navigation based on the created locations and their corresponding 'inventory management' settings. This mapping allows us to provide users with a streamlined and clutter-free interface. For instance, by implementing this mapping, users who exclusively use Eshopbox for shipping from a location where inventory is not managed will no longer be presented with options to create, view, or receive consignments. This enhancement greatly enhances the overall user experience.

Since multiple users are added on the workspace & each user is able to see the tickets raised by all the other users of the workspace. We need to make it easier for a user to locate their own ticket. This can be achieved by the below 2 filters: Filter for ‘Fulfilment Location’- We need to add the option for the user to be able to filter out the tickets based on the fulfilment location selected while creating the ticket. Not all tickets are created with a fulfilment location mentioned. Incase the user selects a location, only the tickets created with that specific location needs to be filtered out. This needs to be a multi select dropdown filter. Filter for ‘Created by' - We need to add a filter for ‘created by’ where the user can search for the tickets created by specific users.

As the eshopbox workspace continues to evolve, more settings are being added to accommodate its growth. To enhance user experience and streamline navigation, it is crucial to introduce a dedicated settings screen. This will make it easier for users to locate the specific settings they need. Additionally, implementing a search bar within the settings panel will further simplify the process by allowing users to effortlessly search for desired settings.

Please add one toggle button to give the full access to the team member while inviting them to eshopbox workspace.

We are currently implementing enhancements to streamline the support process on Eshopbox. Our goal is to ensure that our users receive prompt and effective assistance, allowing for a smoother and more enjoyable support experience. What is planned to change ? We will soon introduce the ability to 'reply' or 'reopen' resolved tickets directly from the workspace. Currently, the reply function is only available via email. This update will enhance the convenience and accessibility of our ticketing system. How this helps you ? Introducing a seamless feature that allows you to conveniently add comments to your tickets directly from the Eshopbox workspace. No more wasting time searching for ticket-related emails or responding via email to update your comments.

We are implementing enhancements to streamline the support process on Eshopbox, simplifying user navigation and access to assistance. What is planned to change ? With these improvements, we are introducing a support popup within the Eshopbox workspace. This feature-rich popup offers the following functionalities: Swiftly search for relevant help keywords or help articles embedded right within your workspace. Easily view and manage existing tickets or create new ones. Access comprehensive developer documentation. Our objective is to elevate the user experience while ensuring effortless access to the support resources.
