The Problem:
Monthly invoices are getting raised for Eshopbox services & shipping fees which are being sent to the brands on email. The brands need these invoices on the workspace so that they can download it & book from the workspace itself. They don't want to refer to email.
How we will solve this ?
We are introducing a section 'My invoices' on the workspace, In this section- the brand will be able to see all their existing paid/unpaid invoices, make payment for the unpaid invoices, view transaction ledger. This require integrating with ZOHO billing customer portal.
How will this benefit ?
  • This will reduce the manual effort to scan through all the emails to get the desired invoices. You will get all the invoices right on the workspace
  • Making payment becomes easier, You just find the unpaid invoices & make the payment for these invoices.
  • You will be able to view all your past transactions i.e. invoices raised & payments made.
