Since multiple users are added on the workspace & each user is able to see the tickets raised by all the other users of the workspace. We need to make it easier for a user to locate their own ticket. This can be achieved by the below 2 filters:
  1. Filter for ‘Fulfilment Location’- We need to add the option for the user to be able to filter out the tickets based on the fulfilment location selected while creating the ticket. Not all tickets are created with a fulfilment location mentioned. Incase the user selects a location, only the tickets created with that specific location needs to be filtered out. This needs to be a multi select dropdown filter.
  2. Filter for ‘Created by' - We need to add a filter for ‘created by’ where the user can search for the tickets created by specific users.
