To enhance transparency and streamline refund tracking, we propose making this information visible in both seller and customer. Request: Display refund status on the orders on the workspace, allowing you to quickly verify the refund status. Customer Portal: Reflect refund status for order so customers can track their refund progress independently, reducing support queries. This enhancement will provide clear visibility improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
