When a new member joins Eshopbox, they should have immediate access to both the Eshopbox workspace and client workspaces. Current Workflow: Currently, new users are required to create a new workspace in order to gain access to existing workspaces, following the present RBAC workflow. Proposed Workflow: To enhance this process, we suggest implementing an improved approach. New users should receive an invitation link that grants access to the existing workspace for the new Eshopbox users. However, access using this link should only be granted to non-Eshopbox users if they have received an invitation from the workspace. This ensures a more efficient and secure access system.
