Portronics have received multiple customer feedback reports indicating that some last-mile delivery partners are intentionally misusing the "Mark as Delivered" feature. They are fraudulently asking customers to click on it and provide OTPs for delivery attempts, leading to an increase in Fake Delivery cases daily. While this feature is beneficial, it is also inadvertently contributing to fraudulent activities by your delivery executives. Given the growing number of such incidents, we request you to remove this feature immediately to mitigate the risk of further misuse. Kindly remove the "Mark as Delivered" Feature from Portronics Workspace
