Visibility for Manual OTP-Based Delivery Updates

Background:
Currently, when a customer marks a prepaid order as delivered via OTP, the order status updates to "Delivered." However, there is no clear visibility for our team (except through status logs in the database) or the brand to identify whether the order was marked as delivered manually via OTP.
Requirement:
We need this information to be visible on the Workspace so that it can be tracked in the Activities section. This will help in monitoring and ensuring transparency in the delivery process.
Scope of Work:
Implement a new activity log entry in the Activities section whenever an order is manually marked as delivered via OTP.
Ensure that the log clearly distinguishes manual OTP-based delivery from other status updates.
Display relevant details such as:
Order ID
Tracking ID
Timestamp of OTP-based delivery update
User/customer who marked it as delivered (if applicable)

Expected Outcome:
The workspace should reflect when an order has been manually marked as delivered via OTP in the Activities section.
This will provide better visibility to both internal teams and brands, reducing dependency on database log checks.
