Demand planning & forecasting analysis requirements:
  • The system needs to send an alert when the inventory is going low i.e. less than 120 days (configurable) of inventory. This needs to be calculated based on the selling speed of individual SKUs
  • The system should automatically categories the SKUs into A, B, C & D i.e. Fast selling, med selling, slow selling & dead inventory & suggest the number of days of inventory available for each of these categories.
  • The system should automatically identify & suggest the core & non-core products every quarter. The core products are the products that contribute to about 75% of the sales.
  • The system should suggest the top SKUs (contributing to max sales) in each of the verticals i.e. Lip, eye & face.
