Portronics has raised a request that that forward tracking ID need to be updated in UC as currently Eshopbox ID is getting updated due to which some of channel has raised a concern that they are not able to provide the order status to their customer as the mentioned AWB no in UC is not trackable in the courier partner tracking page.
