Use Cases
Case 1:
Reconcile Current Stock Levels on Sales Channel or EshopboxThis use case addresses the need for users to reconcile the current stock level on a sales channel or within Eshopbox. When a location is enabled for a sales channel, users seek to manually trigger the synchronization of inventory data for that location.
Case 2:
Zero Out Inventory Against Sales ChannelThis use case involves the user's requirement to completely reset the inventory to zero against a particular sales channel. This action is taken to eliminate any existing stock associated with that sales channel.

Problem Statement:
In our current workflow, the updating of product codes (SKUs) in the workspace is done collectively, regardless of whether each SKU genuinely requires an update or not. This uniform approach leads to inefficiencies, wasting valuable time and resources, and may result in inaccuracies due to the unnecessary modification of certain SKUs that remain unchanged.
Solution:
To address this issue, we propose implementing a feature that enables selective SKU uploading for updates. With this proposed solution, team members will have the ability to choose only those SKUs that genuinely necessitate modification, avoiding unnecessary updates for unaffected products. By streamlining the updating process in this manner, we anticipate significant time savings and heightened operational efficiency.
