Return claims settlement updates

Hi Team,
We have received a request from the returns team that while exporting the claims data from Eshopbox there are certain details for which ideal fields are not available currently in the export format.
To find out the average claim settlement time for return claims the team require certain date fields for status update of the return claims in export namely :
* Draft to new date
* New to Raise date
* Accept or rejected date
* If rejected then 'Reopened date'
* Rejected or Approved date
Additionally, please provide us any temporary fix to find out the above details till the fields are introduced in the export format.
