Requirement: Automatic Order Fulfillment Sync for Shopify Orders

Hi Team,
The brand has a specific requirement related to the order fulfillment flow for Shopify.
Current Behavior:
When an order is created in Shopify, it is currently marked as fulfilled immediately.
Requested Change:
When an order is created in Shopify, it should be marked as unfulfilled by default.
Once the brand generates the shipping label from the Eshopbox > Process Order section, the order should be automatically marked as fulfilled in Shopify.

Hi Rohan,
If I’m not mistaken, the brand has requested that orders be marked as fulfilled on shopify at the RTS (Label Generated) status instead of the Processing status of Eshopbox.
We have a feature scheduled to go live this week that will allow users to choose when to mark orders as fulfilled on Shopify - either at the Processing status or RTS status. You can share this update with the brand.
