Hi Team,
I am proposing some suggestions for the creation of a ticket through the E-shopbox workspace. If you agree to do the same then, please confirm this, and if not then please explain the challenges you are facing. The improvements I want are mentioned below.
- Under the field Sale channel, can we select the multiple channels in one go to avoid raising tickets multiple times for the different sale channels?
- Can we add them to; , cc; as we use this function in general mail format in case we want to add some more people?
Please let me know if you are facing any confusion regarding this.
