I am proposing some suggestions for the creation of a ticket through the E-shopbox workspace. If you agree to do the same then, please confirm this, and if not then please explain the challenges you are facing. The improvements I want are mentioned below.
  1. Under the field Sale channel, can we select the multiple channels in one go to avoid raising tickets multiple times for the different sale channels?
  2. Can we add them to; , cc; as we use this function in general mail format in case we want to add some more people?
Please let me know if you are facing any confusion regarding this.
