As a marketplace seller, refunds are deducted from your payouts as soon as return is picked up from the customer. You have to track whether returns at delivered at your location.

With this feature, Eshopbox will mark the order as "Return on the way" as soon as refund is deducted from your payout. It will also assign a cut off date for return delivery. Order will be marked as lost if return is not delivered within cut off date. This way you can easily track and raise a claim for returns lost in transit.
