Brand have encountered a minor issue in his inventory management processes.
Currently, Brand wants to maintain his inventory database separately from Eshopbox database. This separation has led to occasional discrepancies in Brand inventory records. To address this issue and ensure that Brand records are always accurate, Brand would like to propose the implementation of an API integration between his systems. This integration would enable Brand to fetch inventory data from Eshopbox database automatically every night.
Here are the key requirements for this integration:
  1. Inventory Data Synchronization: Brand would like to have an API that allows us to retrieve inventory data from Eshopbox database on a daily basis, preferably during non-peak hours, to minimize any potential disruptions.

Automated Email Alerts: In cases where the API detects a difference in inventory levels between Brand systems or when there is no difference, Brand would like an automated email alert to be sent to a designated contact within Brand organization. This email should provide details about the discrepancies, if any, and the specific items affected.
