To know a history of an order like where was it previously placed? Was it a market place return or not? And if yes then which market place return and what is the order details. Right now we are manually checking it with the item barcode but it would be feasible for us as well as the brand to see the history of the order if it will be available on the workspace itself.

Hi Radhika, the team plans to get this feature on the order items listing page, where against each order item the respective item barcode should be visible and in addition to this there should be a search available basis on this item barcode to view the past orders for this item. In the meanwhile team plans and prioritise this request, have shared with you a metabase view where based on the Order Item ID you can get the item barcode and further based on item barcode you can search the past orders for this item.
