We use a custom channel for selling our product on TATA 1mg. Right now the order volume is low. In the current workflow we have to get order data from 1mg. Create a CSV file for the order and then use upload functionality to create an order. This process is tedious when we are creating this for single order. Post which we still have to update shipping details from a form on manage orders page.

Alternative Suggestion

Build a single order create form for custom channels where in user will input mandatory fields. The fields could vary based on a condition for shipping provider ( Eshopbox/ Marketplace) In case of marketplace customer details can be made optional or a default entry can be added. Other fields could be 1. Channel (Select list) 2. Location (Select list) 3. Order Type (COD/Prepaid) (Select list) 4. Order ID 5. SKU (Select list) 6. Quantity 7. Price 8. Delivery Partner 9. Pincode 10. Customer Details

Remaining flow of adding shipping label can remain the same.
