Automate proof capture via CCTV

To enhance the management of Wrong Item Received (WIR) cases in both forward and return orders, there should be an automated video proof capturing system. This system should utilize CCTV cameras to record the entire process of order packing and return processing. The videos should be automatically saved and linked to the tracking ID of the respective shipment.
This will enable the user to easily access and review the recordings when resolving any disputes that may arise.
