please be informed that I am facing a serious problem regarding the printing of labels.

We have setup to print only labels, without the invoice. But the Labels are P;ROCESSED and printed along with the Invoice.

I dont have a facility to reprint the Labels, without Invoice in your System.

Our Label size is in 4x6 inches (A4 sheet - 4x4 cut) . I CANT find an option to change the size of the labels in your System

these changes are very important and required for any shipper.

Kindly ensure that these changes are activated immediately so that we can process the Orders effectively.

We will need to cancel the existing AWB and ship with our current shippers until this problem is sorted out, Kindly Advice

Since past week we have not been able to ship out since orders have been processed with ESHOP already.
