Shopify's Summer'23 release includes a self-serve returns portal and a Returns API in beta release. Customers can now easily request returns through the portal.

When using Shopify self-serve returns, a new return in Eshopbox will be created. Eshopbox will assign the shipping provider and update the return status on Shopify.
