I would like to raise a feature enhancement request for the rate card configuration module.

Currently, we are facing the following limitations:

* There is currently no option available to configure rates for the Economy shipping service.

* We request the addition of an Economy rate configuration option so that rates can be configured as per business requirements.

* There is no provision to configure separate rates for and shipments under the Prime service.

* Due to this limitation, only a single rate can be configured, and we are currently using the SDD rate for all Prime shipments.

* We request the ability to configure separate rates for NDD and SDD services to ensure accurate billing and wallet deductions.

* There is no option to configure Fuel Surcharge rates based on individual shipping zone.

* Due to this limitation, we are currently required to keep the Fuel Surcharge rate as zero.

* We request the ability to configure different Fuel Surcharge rates for each shipping zone, as surcharge percentages may vary across zone.

These enhancements will help ensure accurate rate configuration, billing, invoicing, and wallet deductions in line with business requirements.
