Doorstep Refunds & the handling of Returns to be done at Pickup rather than QC in warehouse

Return items status need to be handled at the stage when Return is picked at doorstep only.
The item which is picked, should be updated in Eshopbox portal from AWAITING PICKUP to RETURN ON THE WAY and refund should be triggered at doorstep.
If the item (even if the return is raised for the item) is not picked, then after pickup (against the particular AWB), the status in Eshopbox should change back to DELIVERED from AWAITING PICKUP.
This would ensure correct status at Eshopbox as well as no discrepancy would arise.
