Requirement: For prepaid return orders, 200 INR should be deducted from the refund amount
- For COD return orders, 200 INR + 50 INR (COD charges) should be deducted

Hey,
This setting is now available on the customer portal. However, to enable this you need to raise a ticket with Eshopbox support with below details:
- Amount to charged as return fee
- Return reasons on which you want to charge the return fee
- Do you want to charge return fee once every order or individually for each item of the return?
Once these details are shared, Eshopbox will configure and enable this.
