Bulk Return Creation for Multi-Item Orders

Currently, when an order contains multiple items (e.g., 2 or 3), returns must be created one by one on the customer portal. This is time-consuming and inefficient for the brand when initiating returns on behalf of customers.
Request: Please enable a feature that allows selecting and returning multiple items from a single order in one action, rather than creating returns individually per item. Attaching the screenshot of the page.
This will significantly improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

The feature is currently in the QA phase and will be available soon. Once it is live, we need to address a few key concerns that may arise:
- Partial Handover by Customer: Customers might hand over fewer items than the ones for which the actual return was created. In this case, if QC is disabled, the courier will not conduct any quality check and will pick up the items handed over by the customer. To avoid this risk of partial handover, we recommend enabling Doorstep QC, ensuring that the courier verifies the items during pickup.
- Consolidated Returns of orders fulfilled from multiple Locations: In cases where an order is fulfilled from different locations, customers may return all items to a single location. Please be aware of this when managing returns.
We advise reviewing these points and taking the necessary actions to ensure a seamless return experience for your customers.

Hello Aman,
I wanted to inform you that we have already included the feature you inquired about in our development pipeline. Soon, customers will have the ability to initiate returns or exchanges for multiple items directly from the customer portal.
Furthermore, during the creation of a return or exchange, we will verify the serviceability of the pincode for return pick-up. If the pincode is not serviceable for pick-up, customers will have the alternative option to self-ship the product.
