If the item expected in a return is not received and an additional item which is not part of the order is received. In such cases we mark the return item status as Quarantined with return rejection reason as "Other/Unkown item received" based on the brand of the addtional item received.

There might be a possibility that the customer might have mistakenly sent a different item and they wish to return the original item, in this case we must allow to create and process the return against such item where item status is Quarantined with return rejection reason as Other/Unkown item received.
