Allow to create and pickup returns without forward order

Return creation currently requires a forward order against which the return is to be created and scheduled for pickup. However, there are multiple cases where the user wishes to only track their returns in Eshopbox by creating and scheduling returns without the forward order fulfilled by Eshopbox.

A new brand has been onboarded with us. They will only be using our DTO - reverse pickup services only. However, they will be using our Eshopbox Flex and Workspace.
Please let me know how we can accommodate this requirement in our system.

Hi Aman, we are working on this only on priority, the team has finalised the design and will provide you an estimated date by when can this be live by 1/09/2023. Meanwhile to share some context, we are now creating a new return creation workflow for both single return and import in bulk where customer can create returns with or without forward order fulfiled by Eshopbox.
