Hi, would also like to suggest the same feature. Would recommend the team look at Neemans.com (footwear brand) as a reference. They have one of the best exchange tools I have used as a customer. It was fully automated, and extremely smooth.
The current system requires too much manual intervention from everyone involved (for customers and for us as brands). Eshopbox already has our inventory, SKU IDS and Product Catalogue names. The same should be shown to the customers at the time of placing an exchange, and an exchange order should be placed automatically.
