At the time of creating product we will ask if it’s a multiunit product and qc will be done for the same at the time of receiving, order processing and returns.

For example, in the case of multipackage products such as a suit set consisting of three items - pants, coat, and shirt,

The QC team will verify that the pants, coat, and shirt are the correct ones corresponding to the ordered suit set. They will also inspect the condition of each item, ensuring there are no defects, damages, or discrepancies in color or size.

If any issues are identified during the QC process, such as a wrong item or a damaged product, the system will prompt the team to either replace the defective item or reconfigure the package correctly before completing the order processing.

Upon receiving a return request for a suit set, the returned package will be subjected to the same quality control checks. The QC team will thoroughly inspect the items in the returned package to validate the reason for the return and to ensure that the items are in their original condition.
