Earlier, while exporting the
Sale Order Report
, Eshopbox calculated tax amounts, tax bifurcation, and discount values in real time
during export.Due to an
issue in identifying the product tax code and discount details
at the time of export, the following fields were incorrectly shown as 0 or blank in the report:- Tax amount
- Tax bifurcation
- Discount amount
✅ Fix
Eshopbox now
captures and saves the applicable tax rate and discount details
at the time the order is created
.This ensures that:
- Tax amount
- Tax bifurcation
- Discount amounts
are
accurately reflected in the Sale Order Report
during export.
